Are Space Walk inflatable's safe? Yes! When used correctly Space Walk Inflatable's are safe. How many children can play at a time? Each inflatable has specific limits for safe operation. These will be explained and you will receive a copy of the Operator's Manual. What are the power requirements for running a Space Walk? Most of our Space Walk inflatable's only require 1 dedicated 110 outlet. There are some larger interactives that will require two outlets. Outlets must be within 50' of set-up area. We will provide the required extension cords. For set-ups that do not have power. We can supply a generator for a small fee. Where can Space Walk inflatable's be set up? Space Walk inflatable's can be set up on grass or cement. When setting up on grass. Please be sure to inform us if there are underground utilities, or sprinkler systems. Area for set up must be cleaned of sticks, rocks, and fecal materials! Make sure to consider height requirements! We use 40" stakes on grass surfaces. We can use sandbags if necessary. How Far in advance should we reserve our inflatable? This can differ from month to month. We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance. We have some rentals for 2 years out. So it really honestly depends on the time of year, and the unit you are requesting. Do you supply attendants? Generally, we do not attend rentals. We can upon request provide trained attendants for an extra cost. Are you insured? Yes, Space Walk of Hendersonville carries the necessary and required liability insurance as required by North Carolina. Are you inpected? Yes, Our inflatable's are inspected yearly by the North Carolina Dept of Labor. Can you set up in a park? Yes, we can set up in local parks. We require at least two ( 2 ) weeks notice so that we may obtain necessary permits if necessary. Additional cost for permits may apply in some conditions. Do you require deposits? On rentals over $1000 we do require a $500 deposit. This deposit is not applicable to the total due upon set up. The deposit will be returned within 5 business days. Deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled less than 7 days prior to event, for reasons other than weather. Deposits are also only offset, if units are damaged, or require intense cleaning or drying. When is payment due? What type of payment do you accept? Payment is due in full upon our arrival to set up.
